Option to remove the Arsenal option from the Decon truck? it makes the mode easy

It's possible, but I'm not really focused on changing things that player have control over right now; like using loadouts to get around the NVG or suppressor restrictions, you and the players have the option to just not use it.

Once I get the rest of the functionality in, I might come back and add this though
