Unless I missed something, I haven't seen any instructions on how to manually apply the sound pack, but I figured it out with a little bit of trial and error, as well as a smidgen of research.

While the zip file is downloading, locate your install folder for Left 4 Dead 2.

Follow the filepath below

C: (or any other storage drive)/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/sound/player/survivor/voice

Once the download is finished, unzip the file, and look for the "producer" folder and copy it from the zip into the game folder.
As this is a replacement pack, it will need to replace the original Rochelle sound files, so if you want to revert the changes in the future without having to do a fresh install/ file fix, you can save the originals in another folder.


Due to the way the game handles sounds, the sound pack at the moment sounds heavily distorted, and as such, such at your own risk. It's a simple fix, and I'm currently in the works of sorting it out. I will contact the original author with the fix once it's done, or I will publish a version myself, but until then, you might wanna hold off on using it just yet.
