This is a list of all known issues, their status and what you can do to fix them in the meanwhile. Please don't report them!

Cryptic Poem tears behave weirdly, showing up as invisible, broken, or something else entirely.
Fix: There is currently no fix. This is just due to how Isaac tear variants work (or, well, don't), but it should be patchable.

This is a very odd issue where most of the mod's functionality seems to just break.
Fix: This can happen for a myriad of reasons, so please upload your log.txt (found in Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Repentance) to the Bug Reporting thread.

Birthright simply doesn't have any implementations as of right now; however this will be addressed in a future patch.

Hair, costumes and similar sometimes misbehave in co-op, such as the costumes going away on respawn.
Fix: No fix just yet; however it shouldn't affect gameplay.

Some pocket active items are misaligned
Fix: Install Mod Config Menu and set your HUD offset correctly in the menu there. Alternatively, use the "hudoffset" command to set it to the amount of notches you have it set to in your Isaac settings.
