Is it possible to make the player trip in an open grave like when you trip when sprinting over a tree? Or at least make the player have an actual foot injury (scratch or laceration).

Currently the foot damage is too easy to ignore, and the open graves are overpowered, actually more useful than the spear traps itself since it requires no maintenance.
