I don't know what 123 is in relation to outfits, are you using any other mods? When I tested this mod all vanilla outfits worked as expected.
I've only done the commando security uniform so far, I'll get to the others when I have time but life is really busy at the moment.
The 123 thing I presume refers to the choices one gets when choosing a character. I've tested this and noticed nothing different from the vanilla experience, I would suggest that something else is causing any problems in this regard (my mod does not alter the portraits or inventory icons, though if necessary it possibly could do so in the future).
Thanks for the bug report, fingers crossed I've now fixed that. Please give it a go and let me know if it's still broken for you. Hopefully you should see the mod automatically download the update in Steam / Barotrauma (if it doesn't then check your enabled mods to see if it offers the update notification button thingy).
