Choose two smgs with faster reload because you will lose perks during last wave. besides the zombie health is lower to pretty much insta kill anyways so you don't need damage. P90 is best.
Only open one of the doors out of spawn, ideally the main door so you have fewer angles to worry about for last step. This will make running around the map a little longer but you usually don't need to go through sewer anyways.
Best angle to hold is at the top of the dirt slope leading to sewers. Put yourself next to the window spawn. Most zombies will come through main gates. Wait until the zombies get to the lightpost then one tap for easy collateral kills and save money. Reload often! If you need some space to reload you can walk backwards down the slope then easy collateral your way back to the spot. Whenever you need to buy ammo, through a monkey bomb. If you aren't wasting ammo, you will have enough for 3 ammo buys to last the 10 minutes.
Self-revive but keep perk gobblegums are OP because they overide the no-power perk disable mechanic :)
