Down Special?
Just got this character and he's incredibly fun. Does anyone know specifically how his Down Special works/what it does? I know it eats up half of your Kromer but that's about all I know.

It creates a field the more kromer you spend on it the bigger the field in the field you gain more kromer per attack and each attack costs less
