Broken Texture

Hey i'm sry but i have aproblem where when i give someone the non-camoflaged german uniform a green square will appear on their left shoulder.
I can't seem to fix it and i haven't found any written guides to it yet, can someone help me or at least confirm that i'm not the only guy with that issue?
