My findings so far: (SPOILERS)
1 - A doorway that was completely boarded up by a large piece of wood near spawn. I went back to that same doorway later during my exploration of the map and the wooden board was no longer attached to the doorway and was laying on the ground.

2 - The sound of someone sobbing coming from the other side of the boarded up doorway. Sobbing stops once the wooden board is laying on the ground.

3 - A black figure moving behind the middle pillar in the room with the three pillars down the middle.

A room with three doors, When I tried to open one of them, the door where I came in closed and locked me in:skul:

In The End, I heard a faint 'boo!' sound effect. Which, considering the addons I'm using, I think that was supposed to be a faint Stalker scream. The same one that quite a few bad, or subpar, horror maps like to use that comes from the Pod ride in bit leading to Half-Life 2's ending segment.

I have this sound effect replaced with the 'boo!' sound effect from Team Fortress 2.

Talon please tell me which addon replaces that sound it must be hilarious. And if it's just your own thing please tell me how to do this it sounds so silly it's amazing XD

I noticed a sound effect that plays in the wooden house hallway before the "The End" room that's extremely cut-off (to the point where it just sounds like a click)

Or I'm just hearing things because I'm sleep deprived
