How to enable/ install as of 41.65+
PSA: This mod works perfectly fine. I have tested it on B41.65 SP/ MP. Typically mods of this nature are installed manually anyway, and they are client-side.

Download it, and open up "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2651128766\mods".

Navigate to "\MaleBody\media\models_X\Skinned\MaleBody.fbx" and "\FemaleBody\media\models_X\Skinned\FemaleBody.fbx". Copy both of these files.

Open "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\models_X\Skinned". Rename "MaleBody.X" and "FemaleBody.X" to "OriginalMaleBody.X" and "OriginalFemaleBody.X". Paste both the "MaleBody.fbx" and the "FemaleBody.fbx" into this folder.

Start your game, and enjoy.

You do not need to enable this mod in the mod selection menu.

Servers do not need to run this mod (In it's current state).

This mod is client-side (In it's current state).

....how do I open "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2651128766\mods"?

@QuadGemini
I purposely left the front of this file path blank, as it is relative to your Steam's installation path.

Default directory is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2651128766\mods".

"\workshop\content\108600" is where Project Zomboid Workshop mods are stored.

If you have any further issues, feel free to contact me.
That file path leads nowhere.
It SHOULD but for some reason it simply does not exist. No idea where the mods are being stored.
Quick digging in my PC i found it not where you pointed at, i don't know WHY but it was here.
SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600
Obviously not the biggest difference but JUUUST enough to make it hard on people who are not used to file navigation.

Yeah, you manually have to set that directory- it was either done by mistake or it was created when moving Steam from another hard drive.
The second, as i did exactly that. Either way after finding the proper files it worked like a charm so Kudos!

@nurver So I got where I needed to go (Thanks btw) but I can't find any files labeled ".fbx", just a 3d object file labeled "MaleBody". Did I miss something?

@QuadGemini
That's it! Your file explorer isn't set to display file extensions[answers.microsoft.com], that's all. If you right click those Male/Female files, you'll see they're fbx format.

The same will go for the .X files as well, they will not show their extension either, but rather just the name.
