Patches on board black.

Parts of the game are all over the board and the apricorn bugged, but only for me and my other friend. My friend who created the lobby dont see the bug.

Middle of the board is yellow/tan

The entire middle section of my board is yellow/tan. I restarted the program and my computer, unsubcribed and subscribed, and even re installed tabletop simulator but the blue/water part of the board is still missing. I started a new game, but had the same outcome. How can I fix this?

So I don't have this problem but a friend I have is having this problem and neither of us knows what to do either.

update: it seems that mod caching is the problem. unfortunately disabling it causes my friend's game to crash. Re-enabling it after crashing allowed him to see everything except the trainer deck and the base campaign plot deck.
