1. Like I told you before you will still need BMCE HECU version of BMCE to use this mod, due to the fact that file includes couple assets required for this mod to work correctly. Romka HECU can however be used as substitute for BMCE HECU files when installing this if you really want to do so.
2. Not by me since I prefer semi lore accuracy over full on realism, but I will keep reminding Monolith Fanatic to release his remaining alternative camo reskins. I believe Racer had similar plans at some point too.
