Did I mess up my vault spawning?

Just started playing with the mod. I forgot to hack the last ancient broadcast station. Will another quest spawn for another vault?

Yes you will get random quests for sealed and locked vaults every once in awhile. These will have more stations that you can hack to start the chain again.
