If you cannot recruit prisoners, is there a reason for putting them in the gene-tailoring pod?
Like can you experiment on people in order to gain a better understanding of the process and lower the risks when trying to give your own pawns powers?

Or is there another benefit to it or is that a feature for non-ancient factions that can recruit?
