Unlimited Powers/Weaknesses?

I understand there may be UI issues and might cause bugs/unbalanced but how has no one made a patch(or settings) to allow adding more powers/weaknesses past 5?

Is it possible via devmode and I just couldn't figure it out?

it is possible via dev mode, but the UI only lists the first 5, dunno if it can happen in normal gameplay
