Isolationist meme questions
I'm trying to start a new save with the sealed vault scenario. After picking the auto-generated ideology for the ancient vault faction, I often go through each n' every ideo editing and tweaking memes, precepts, style, etc before starting a game. I do this because I like the process of making the world all the more interesting and flushed out.

I love the idea of starting out in a vault, but I also have issues with the isolationist meme. I dislike the mechanic of only being able to recruit other vault soldiers, and feel its best to exclude the meme. I'm here to see whether or not its safe to do this without causing game breaking consequences. Because I'm lazy I'm just gonna list off the questions I got. Thanks in advance!

1. Will removing the meme before starting the new save create complications (crashes/glitches)?

2. If it does, what were to happen if I entered developer mode right after the map loads in to edit the meme or precept responsible for the recruitment restrictions?

3. Finally will the instant recruitment of vault soldiers when playing as a vault be disabled without the meme or precepts present in the ideo?

You can use devmode to forcefully remove the Recruiting Forbidden precept, just tested it. I hacked a casket, got an Ancient pawn inside, immediately joined me, as intended, no bugs. Downed a hostile pawn, started recruiting him with a warden, not confirmed if he is recruitable (gonna take a while lmao he hates me) but his Certainty in his ideology did lower, as intended, no weirdness.

Gonna go out on a limb and say this works. I've not removed the Isolationist meme, only the recruitment precepts. I do not recommend removing the meme, I'm virtually certain the meme is the reason that Ancients join you instantly, and disabling it could just crash the game.

Just to be safe, remove the precepts with devmode when you're already ingame. Do not remove the precepts before you've loaded into your map. It may crash, it may not, idk, risk it if you wanna, but can confirm it doesn't glitch or bug out if you do it after starting.
