If I'm wrong, please correct me.

When the ship arrives or a trader comes, you can offer them all the goods you have across multiple floors. I tested it, and it's working.
The problem is, when you want to use an "Ancient supply slingshot," which has access only to the "current" floor. Could that be adjusted the same way as with traders?
