Refueling/Rearming Bug

I am unable to refuel my turrets, they say I can't refuel them because I need steel even though I have plenty of steel in my stockpile. I even remade the stockpile, but that didn't fix it.

Are you using the retexture or not? I know it changed a couple things. Also, check your XML Extension settings and see if you have changed what metal is used to refuel

I am using the retexture, I did change the metal, then I changed between different metals to see if that would fix it. I'm no longer using that save file, so I can no longer back to it and check.
