User Config Guide - What is "NonDef" and "NonRes"?

Most config names explain itself, so experiment with them.
Be careful, values are not clamped. Some values can go negative, less than -100% more than +100%, but some do not. Test them on Singleplayer before applying on your server.

What is "NonDef" and "NonRes"?
"NonDef" is Defense modifier for non-matched damage types. For example, Projectile Shield is strong against Bullet damage type, but weak against Explosion damage type. When Explosion damage hits shield, "NonDef" stat is used.
"NonRes" is the same thing but for Resistance stat.

What is with negative stats?
Yes, they are negative. That means your shield will takes more damage.

so i dont really ever use commands etc. .. but where do i do the ingame commands? or can someone point me to where i can learn?

They are just formatted chat message with the fancy name "Chat Commands" :)
You just open chat (default Enter key), type in one of those thing and send it.

UPDATE: Chat Command is for debug only. Use Mod Settings menu instead.
