how to change from vanilla dart to extinction core mod dart ?

This rifle works only with vanilla darts. For better Darts you must change the GameUserSettings,ini configs.

the setting didnt automatically add them selves to the gameusersettings i dont know why ! so can you tell me the codes and setting to change and to put in my gameusersettings please broo
