bug maybe
Shot a raptor, it again torpor as normal. it's mate boosted friend gained torpor as well at half the speed. shot was from a long long range. later i shot a vulture at close range, then my character started gaining torpor. my character has 200 fortitude. this is odd. seems the torpor is a splash damage effect now from the proximity of the landed hit.

confirmed again via suicide then i tranqed a fish near me. My character get the torpor of the dart at a much reduced speed, but i get the full ammount of torpor.

well its not completely fixed. i tested it with a close range shot. all good, later i was hovering around on a sino and pot shoting at things at render distance. seems super far shots are doing it now.
