Music mods are among the simplest on the workshop. They consist of some informational data files and converted MP3 music in the form of .OGG files.



Sub and navigate to that mods Sound folder, e.g.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\---123example---\Sounds

Use VLC Player[www.videolan.org] (it's free!) to listen to the OGG tracks.





Navigate to the target mods About folder, e.g.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\---123example---\About

Open file: About.xml - via notepad

Change the supported version number to 1.4.




Navigate to the Defs folder within the mod, e.g.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\---123example---\Defs\SongDefs

Delete file: songs_entry.xml

Try searching your entire 294100 directory for songs_entry.
