Report a translation problem
Although i agree that that would be a great addition to both this collection and my other ones. The modding API doesn't have any features like this built in and making it myself is bound to have both issues and bad mod compatibility. So sadly enough i can't make it happen.
3 Giga bombs is pretty excessive tbh. The bomb fly familiar + bone heart is enough for one item imo. Idk if this familiar inherits your bomb upgrades but if it does, then +3 giga bombs is 100% too much as an additional bonus. Giga bombs are really powerful since they can one shot more than half of the bosses in the game. Giving even 1 giga b. is huge but with this item you get 3 and it's just a side bonus!
Suggestion: no giga bombs are granted anymore/only 1 giga b. is granted.
Gideon's gaze
Very specific situational effect. It's neat and useful at times but pretty underwhelming. I would suggest adding a small bonus effect: destroyed grimaces always drop black(?) hearts or have chance to drop hearts; or mb drop some other special rewards (on your choice). So, now even if Gideon's effect procs rather rarely, it will still provide you with good amount of value overall.
Limestone carving
This item really lacks identity and the reason is - «Keeper's Kin» already exists. Limestone carving effect proc only with 35% chance while Keeper's kin proc during fight constantly (you don't even have to spend bombs) + have higher chances to drop spiders from rocks. They're not rock spiders ofc but similarity is obviously. I'd suggest changing this item completely or giving it some extra unique effect.
Mini bombs
Hands down the most overpowered and ridiculous item you ever made. Do I have to explain why giving even a miniscule amount of giga bombs is a lot again? And i guess this effect stays with you till the end of the run which is mind-blowing. I don't even know how to nerf this. At least make it so it grants only 1 bomb upon pick up. But still this won't gonna cut it EVEN with the troll bomb debuff.
Pile of bones
Works pretty similar to Book of the dead but is weaker overall despite being 5 charge item.
I will suggest a small rework for it to make it both more unique and powerful/flexible:
1) Change 5 charge mechanic to one that Jar of Flies has (up to 20 bone spurs can be collected for example).
2) Each bone in the Bone Pile has a 10% chance to become a bone orbital instead of spur upon releasing it from the pile.
Premature detonation
Has the same problem as Gideon's gaze. It just needs a little bonus, some extra value. How about: affected enemies upon death have a chance to drop a bomb that you can then pickup (or mb some other kind of reward; it's up to you).
Singed stone
Kinda weak and situational I guess? But extra speed is extra speed, I ain't gonna pass on that.
Volatile division
This trinket already possess interesting and powerful effect. There's absolutely NO need in adding an extra chance of finding double bomb pickups. Mb effect of replacing other pickups with bombs will fit this trinket better to give red bombs more utility, but that's just a thought.

Broken Shell: The player can gain infinite giga bombs just by carrying safety scissors so granting a couple doesn't hurt balancing a lot i think. (+giga bombs can be pretty bad against some major bosses since they inhibit the arena). And the familiar doesn't synergize with the players bomb effects (but i might add that). I'll probably nerf the amount of giga bombs the item grants. But since the familiar can be pretty dangerous to the player (with it spawning bombs) there needs to be some pretty good extra to picking it up.
Gideon's gaze: I 100% agree on this. I'll add some black heart drops to the item.
Limestone carving: Since the rock spiders are a lot stronger that blue spiders i think the payoff of needing to break rocks to get them is warranted and makes the item different enough. And it has the extra mechanics of A: giving more soul hearts from tinted rocks since they spawn tinted rock spiders. B: Coal spiders from bomb rocks. So i think the item is fine the way it is.
Mini bombs: I know it's OP but it's fun!
Pile of bones: Original idea for this item was also that it can be used without being fully charged but i couldn't find an API way to do it and i didn't want to make my own workaround. But i might revisit the idea at a later date if i'm interested.
Premature detonation: Temp strength up for every enemy in the room that's affected by the item seems like a fun addition to me! Or perhaps they could drop throwable bombs?
Volatile division: Maybe but replacing drops would just turn it into a stronger/alternate match stick. And i wanted the item to not replace the players chance for other loot (which i dislike about matchstick). I might make it so that double packs drop two throwable bombs instead of one to add some utility to the feature of replacing bombs with doublepacks.

Well it's a little hard to control so it should be strong. But i might remove the fire mind effect from it's shots because their explosions do up it's DPS by a lot.

Edit: also maybe could do with a visual touch-up? It feels a little weird having fires come out of nowhere
And i added a couple of ember particles that spawn when shooting a fire wave. Can't really do a lot more than that since my own art/ animation skills are pretty bad and there's no effect in the game for when vanilla firewaves spawn
