Page Up: 1 Use, brings you up a floor
Page Down: 1 Use, brings you down a floor
Caps Lock: 1 Use, removes all stat caps
Home: 2 ideas for this one:
- Reusable the fool card
- 1 Use, brings you to the Home floor
Alt: 1 Use restarts the floor and brings you to the alt floor of the floor you would currently be on.
i.e. using Alt on basement would bring you to downpour/dross, using it on caves would bring you to mines/ashpit, etc.
Del: 1 use, high charge amount, removes all enemies in current room, counting as killing them (so you dont get softlocked in a boss room or something)
Copy/Paste:
2 states:
- Ctrl + C: Will copy all entities in the current room
- Ctrl + V: Will paste all entities saved when Ctrl + C was used into the current room.
Tilde (~): Drops a random collectable (entire item list is item pool)
Numlock: trinket that is essentially rock bottom when held.

One use, generates a Library and teleports Isaac to it
though some of them either are a key already or the idea is already implemented (ie caps lock or alts functionality)
with that said i think alt makes for sense for that function instead of shift, ill probably make an update for that with a new key that is shift again
i will almost definitely implement this, thats an awesome one lol
Single use. Inserts a 20/30 random grid entities into the room. High chance to include Tinted Rock(s), Gold Poops, TNT barrels, Fools Gold rocks if unlocked, etc...

F KEY
Size Toggle
12 charge, applies the effect of One Makes You Small/One Makes You Big (incl. adding to Stompy transformation). Repeated uses apply the same effect as the first usage. Consumed after 3 uses.
CTRL KEY
It's time to let go
If you have a dropable trinket, lose it and create a high-speed, decent-damage projectile with the same sprite as the trinket that turns into said trinket upon landing or hitting something. Do the same with any pocket item(s), but in a wide spread and less damage
SLASH KEY
Forward slash, slash forward
Timed recharge. If not moving, wait until Isaac starts moving. Perform a short-range Dark Arts slash in the direction Isaac is moving (Think "Stitches + Judas Birthright combo")

SHIFT KEY
Press LShift to sneak!
makes you camouflaged, like the Camo Undies/Faded Polaroid effect, for 15 seconds. Get a 20% speed down during this time.
Turn On Sticky Keys?
Charge: 10 Seconds
On use, Isaac will hold the item over his head, similar to Red Candle. Once Isaac presses any key, that key will become "sticky" and will now activate whenever any other button is pressed. This will allow things such as shooting multiple directions at once (essentially 20/20), placing bombs while firing tears, or fire tears while only moving. The only two keys that cannot be made sticky are the "swap items" key and the "active item use" key. The effect lasts only for the room.
Dodge roll.
Basically Dark Arts, but with faster recharge, shorter range and no direct damage or damage multiplier.
Bigger and stronger tears for some time
F: "Pay Respects"
Spawns donation machines, beggers or Confesionals, has a small chance to spawn a bum fammiliar (doesn't give you them, it just spawns as an item on the floor)
PrtSc (Print Screen): "Take a picture"
Freezes all enemies in the room like Pause but you can still fight
Delete: "Erase"
Deletes all bullets in the room, has a small chance to kill enemies and a very small chance to give them the Eraser effect
Numlock: one time use, gives you a golden bomb, a golden key and 5 smelted store credits until the end of the floor, but all spawned bombs, keys and pennies are randomly turned into something else with a high (30%) chance of it being a blue fly.
