Shuttles never leave

Visitors, guests, and trader will board their shuttle at the end of their visit, but they will not depart unless I force them to. This is game breaking for quests, as those shuttles cannot be forced to depart and will just sit forever on my shuttle pads. My guess is that this is a compatibility issue with SOS2 Experimental.
