Colonists deleted on the returning shuttle
I've sent 5 colonists on a shuttle from the Ideology quest (hack terminals to get info about artifact). After hacking terminals, colonists pack stuff and take off the quest map. Then, the shuttle arrives at the colony map (with the event "Shuttle arrived"). The shuttle lands on Spaceports landing pad, IMMEDIATELY takes off and flies away. My colonists and items are gone - nobody in the colony even remembers them.

Some other mods I can remember: two of deleted colonists were aliens (from Xenohumans expanded). They carried some green beans from Vanilla Expanded More Plants. Some of them were wearing necklaces from Jewelry. Landing pad was not shut down, there were no visitors.

Edit: after reloading an older save and repeating everything (except psychite tea spawned instead of green beans), the shuttle landed on Spaceports pad correctly. Log after reloading that save: https://pastebin.com/efUrATJW

This error happened when I sold a bunch of Animals to a visiting Shuttle Bulk Goods Trader. For some reason, the animals cannot move and will not board the Shuttle. When it was time for the Shuttle to depart, I got that error every millisecond until the original delegation boarded and left. Once the Shuttle flew off, the errors stopped but the animals that I sold remained.

Reading this forum, seems that unfortunately there are too many critical bugs to use this mod. As for OP's description, that same mission I got was very bugged and I've never seen that before so I think it's related to this mod. All the values in the text were replaced by variable names and I couldn't complete it even after hacking the two terminals. The message after hacking each terminal was the same as the quest description! I also had an event where a ship was going to crash land in my colony but I couldn't accept it so nothing happened at all.
