all Colt mods causing a crash?

So recently I tried to use both your Halo and Fallout mod only to find that they both crash no matter what.
I tried with and without the actual ASV mod, tried loading through editor, tried loading through main menu.
Nothing works, the mods seem to be broken.

It appears to be something with the enclave. Like game works fine until something with a memory overflow happens with the enclave trooper. Me narrowing it down, it clearly has something to do with an experience cashe, either that or just first person conflicting with the ai.
