What would be some optimal settings to maximize the performance?

If i wanted to min max the settings for maximum performance/playability what values should i set the sliders to i only have 2 mods installed and it lags like hell on the large map

I too would like to know, as i have no idea what these settings do. I also have no idea if going up or down is better.
