Report a translation problem
Hi, I'm writing through a translator, so I'm sorry in advance.
The detachment of the lieutenant and the commander of company 44 at the Soviets, black models, tell me how to eliminate it
Reply:
That sounds odd. Are you talking about how it looks in 1) the editor, 2) between battles (when you buy troops) or 3) in battle?
It should work fine in the editor and in the battles, but it might look strange between battles.
But Soviet sniper scouts do not have the ability to "aim a shot" and therefore they are useless
in general, the mod is great!!!
And thanks for the specific bug report!
Fix for snipers coming with the next update.
Out of curiosity are you planning to customize the m34 feldmuetzen for aufklaerer and ps squads so that they have the waffenfarben of their service branches instead of the white infantry branch color? Darn overly complicated German uniforms.
The incorrect waffenfarbe for the feldmützen is an oversight on my part. Good catch, and I'll try fixing that for next patch.
Yeah, the uniforms are overly complicated, but it's fun when you get it right, and it's very nice when someone appreciates it. :)
Wachtmeister is the equivalent to Feldwebel, so Unteroffizier is correct for cavalry troops. The squad could be led by an Unterwachtmeister though ( = Unterfeldwebel), I might pick that for a future squad - it's a fancy title.
The new waffenfarben on the field caps look really great.
So it is very much on purpose.
It's more common among the fresh troops (rekruten), since they're fresh off the trains from germany. The veterans (soon to be implemented) will be hanging on to their older uniforms, helmets and caps to a larger extent.
Sorry about the current research tree layour, it will get better once the wehrmacht gets more finalized.
I haven't touched the "Ostlegionärs", so that's a vanilla issue.
