Skins don't work properly?

Doesn't work

I have a lot of LW cars, and I got this addon for the textures, but the cars are still mostly invisible.

I would say 0/10 but I know it's something wrong with my computer because other people are using the addons, but I see just as many people not able to get textures. Has the author seriously not worked on it yet?
