Also giving her some piece of gear (ring, necklace, etc) with health regen enchantment helps her heal faster too.
I added a second mod that allows you alter her appearance and Love the new look much better.
Jus search for Sofia on Nexus and you will find a number of mods for her as well as the base follower mod.

The first is the base Sofia mod and the second is a customizer... The customizer needs to see the .esm for Sofia to work and the workshop alot of the mods dont use esm files they use esl files.
Also ..... Workshop has some serious game breaking issues that they made back in a 2015 "update" and havent seemed to care to try and fix yet. This is why you will often see people in the
Skyrim forum reccomend NOT using workshop mods if you can help it.
Also using the groups on the plugins is a great resource for keeping things lined up and organized the way you want instead of everything just dumped into a pile like dirty laundry.
For instance ... I created a group called "Follower Mods" and all my follower mod esp's go into that group so that they are all together in my load order list when I need to find any of them.
