I need some help i can't locate Sofia in her determined spot what should i do?

i uninstalled and reinstalled and it still didnt work

There is a quest marker. If that doesnt work try to find the summon spell in the magic menu. If you cant find that either open your data folder and make sure you checked the tick of sofia.
