Wrong attachments on weapons
Some weapons spawn with the wrong attachments, normally unusable by them. I've seen shotguns spawn with ammo straps (for rifles) and pistols with iron sights (also for rifles). Not game breaking, but it makes shells straps really rare as they don't spawn on weapons.
