AI update
Hey all, I have updated the AI, to ideally be more challenging, or at least faster and more aggressive.

Please leave feedback here if they are better / worse / how they could be improved from a player perspective.

umm... when the AI cars are even slightly damaged they just stop driving

Maybe adding vehicle acceleration and fraction as parameters for the AI may help the AI vehicle brake properly. Currently, even the most difficult AI brake super late which causes spin or crash

Maybe I'm looking at a few methods, the main limitation is all turns for any given map with no prior knowledge.


I have a few plans for the current direct reactive AI, but one of my longer termplans is for much more proactive AI to both the tracks and opponents!

Options could be a good startpoint as it's very possible that my "good enough" is either too safe or too hectic for others

slowly ticking along the new dlc has given me ideas on improvements too.

this is so exiting to hear, this mod probably has 50% of my hours on the game it is very fun!
