How to mark music box as collected?

I already got corresponding music box for each boss, but it is still not mark as collected. Anybody know how to fix this?

The log only marks items once you loot them. When you record the music, the new item replaces the empty music box, which means you technically didn't loot it. Simply drop it and pick it back up to update the log.
