Trouble finding the "warrant-giver"

I have no clue where to deliver my target to?

Any settlement of the faction that posted the warrant. In the active quest tab it should say. That's a bit a problem sometimes when you have too many factions, because the settlements could be very far away making the warrant not worth it.
