Would you like 6 slot for vanilla advisors and 6 for mod advisors, or is the current 3 and 3 better?

You should make the negatives only half or even less for the AI. It seems like it doesn't handle it very well and ends up with 0 stability and no manpower on a major half the time.

I think the age limit laws should be recruitable pop factor and not raw recruitable pop, also, is the service exemption law or whatever its called supposed to give a research buff

I forgot to say, but the chief of staff thing for your entire military gives land doctrine research speed buff instead of cost reduction

id be interested to see new stuff added in the officer corps, (like spirit of the army, etc)
