Dedicated Server
Has anyone figured out how to get this working on a dedicated server? It works on local host, but I have no luck with dedicated.

Go in to spawnregions.lua and add this to the table.

{ name = "Louisville, KY", file = "media/maps/Louisville, KY/spawnpoints.lua" }

I don't know, I'd need you to paste your entire file in. My guess it you didn't format the table correctly and created a syntax error.

I have found out why this mod isn't working on dedicated servers (and fixed it!).

The problem is with the mod ID "Louisville SP", the space between Louisville and SP messes up the mod ID list if it's in the middle of the list. Simply move "Louisville SP" so it's the last entry on the list and then it will work on your dedicated server :)
