Dirty Survivors

How do I clean them (joined ones)? They get dirty and I don't know how to fix this.

Turn debug on. Right click your team mate then choose 'Debug: swap character' then do whatever you want.

Just noticed one NPC teammate cleaned herself up not long ago. Looks like they'll do that when too dirty. But not sure how dirty is too dirty.
