PROS
+25% Charge Speed [When you use your charge, you go 25% faster.]
+25 Health on Wearer [Wearer has 25 extra HP.]

CONS
+35% Fire Vulnerability on Wearer [Wearer takes 35% More fire damage.]
-15% Charge Recharge Speed [Takes wearer 15% longer to recharge charge.]

Cool, I have an idea:
+No fall damage while charging.
+60% less pushback force from things (F-A-N, airblast, etc.)
+50% less gravity while charging. (Rocket boots, yay)
-Charge is not usable underwater
-15% move speed on wearer
-1 health drained on wearer underwater

Sound good?
Hope it's not too OP, after all, the ali baba's wee booties were ONLY upsides...

Hope it's not too OP, after all, the ali baba's wee booties were ONLY upsides...
the downside to wee booties is no grenade launcher just like for the soldier the boots o' rocket jumping only give positive effects but no mantreads, or shotgun, and also the wee booties are only good for demoknights. BTW less gravity while charging XDXDXD maybe +15% charge speed? because -15% move speed is kinda... should be ballenced out for charging besides that it sounds good

nobody would equip this... fire already does enough damage and -15% charge speed.... that's a horrible stat

possible idea for the fact those are cyborg lags (base speed incresed by 30% and jump more hight , ) or healt increase by + 25 hp and when those boots are equit you can't be knok back , medic can't heal you

i think maybe 1 hp regen per second, medic's cannot heal you, and +15% max HP

This thing probably shouldn't have many cons, if any at all. Keep in mind, players are losing a GRENADE LAUNCHER for this.

most of the shields have no drawbacks :P -50% turning speed... 50% of 0.000001 is still nothing

Pankakes if you wanted stats that made up for the no launcher here you go
full turning controll
+50 hp
3 hp regen per second
