on kill VAC bans the user killed
-100% weakness to all weapons
jarate, madmilk, and short circut hits on user will make users computer blow up with an - explosion larger than the earth
+some amount of damage
+some amount of speed
+kool kill animation
-jarate and mad milk make the weapon fizzle out and be unusable

Have weapon react like spycicle but with jarate & madmilk
disintegrate death animation
upon kill 10 health is regenerated +20 damage on next hit, uncloaks spys in small radius
-50% damage to buildings
upon hitting a building it will disable(sap) it for 10 seconds
dmg removes sappers

Okay so here's my idea, considering it's pretty high tech

+15% speed
Alt fire: sword explodes, applying a slow effect, uncloak, damage and disabling buildings for 5 seconds

-Cannot use sword for 10 seconds after altfire
-30 health on wearer
-wearer captures points 30% slower
