Crafting a Standard Bullbar
Wasn't coming up with any answers on Google and I figured this would be the best place to ask. I can see there are standard and police bullbars that you can install on the vehicle, but I'm not seeing anything about how you obtain them. I see recipes to cut them up for scrap, but nothing about how to craft them. I've read the skill book for the car and all 3 vanilla vehicle books too. Are the standard and police bull bars only obtainable through looting, or is there a crafting mechanic that I'm missing here?

you can craft them, but i am not sure how or where i was able to craft everything last save but i got the problem in my current safe, despite having the magazine read i dont even see the recipes

same i cant find bulbars ive searched all over...and i can only craft lethal

Sorry for reviving this dead topic but is there any solution found ?
I can't see how crafting and repairing these extra parts (bullbars, spoilers, etc)
