Report a translation problem
You pretty much do this by either jumping on the workshop and heading to subscriptions, to where you uninstall each one individually. A more reliable and efficient way of doing this includes entering the local files on Unturned, stepping back to steamapps, hitting workshop, content, 3049, then deleting everything within such file (they are your mods). After this reinstall arid and attempt playing.
If that doesn't work repeat above alongside re-installing Unturned, that or validating your game files.
Quick note: I recommend you turn the game of and do it over the workshop of the steam browser instead of the steam overlay/"ingame" workshop.
