There are no helipads on the map (that I know of form roughly 10 or so hours of playtime) so its pretty safe to assume there are no naturally spawning helis

The Helicopter is at Point Oscar.

According to the ID list there is probably no tank on Arid. The closest thing you have is an armored rescue vehicle based on a tank chassis (the model you see at the radar station), which to my knowledge is really just nothing more than an APC that seats 4 people.

It is the only armored vehicle on the map that is completely invulnerable to small arms iirc, making it quite a powerful vehicle despite the disappointing fact that there is no turret or a main gun you can utilize.

Heli is called HH-6 and spawns at Point Oscar. Tank does not exist

That's an armored car or a light APC technically.
