where do i find the key's or keycards
i need them and i have no idea where they are and am getting tired of searching

Most important keycards are actually in the bunker, the section with the deadzone. To enter the bunker, go to the radio station (near the centre of the map) and you should be able to find a key called AR17/AR18/AR19(forgot the name specifically), this section of the bunker is super dark but it has some flares to help you find another key, then you have to go back to the radio station and climb the giant thing, then there's a door which need that key, after you open it the door to the deadzone section of the bunker is now available for you
