Unable to level-up Psi Ops past Second Rank
They have the 2 first spells, but then there's nowhere to click to actually progress to the next level and unlock more abilities. Tried to remove some mods left and right but no it seems it's linked to this mod...

In LWotC, your psi ops have to earn another rank through missions or covert operations in order to train to another level. They can’t just sit in the tank like vanilla. Also, remember to remove the scientists from the chamber when no one is training.

Nah it's more like I have already won 8-9 missions with them, I have the level up available, but when I go to the abiltiies tab, can't click anywhere. I actually just found out I can learn new spell in the Psy Chamber, but it's freaking 18 days...

I have the same problem, my soldiers are like rank 4, and they still can't train beyond the first rank of psionics

After you get the level up from field combat, you then have to send them back to the psi lab to train the new skill... which is honestly ridiculous, either remove the ability to continually level up from the lab, or make them level up in the field. Don't screw us round by forcing us to do both.
