New update broke the strat layer for me.
End of month report doesn't trigger, and therefore neither does the supply drop. Covert ops never complete, and get stuck again even after completing them via console command.
This is across all saves I had, and on both 1.1 archive and 1.2 (yes I unsubbed from the one I wasnt using)

Please help, I was 60% through my campaign pretty much.

this conflicts with the latest community highlander fix
unsubbed and it works fine
