Notes for Custom Liveries (UPDATED for v5.0 and later!)
With the new Train Mod Liveries update, I figured I'd give y'all some information as to the specifics of how this mod group works, in case you want to make your own liveries for it. Be warned, it's a little funky.

Each locomotive in this mod pack is made up of several sub-models which can be repainted in various ways.

Main
The main body of the locomotive, including the cab, most of the boiler, and the frame. Supports custom patterns and colors.

Front
The forward portion of the boiler, available in two variants which have different UV mapping on the texture. Simply pick which style you prefer. Does not support custom patterns, only color.
Black
Mapped to a black portion of the default texture. Used on all non-wartime locomotives.
Silver
Mapped to a silver/gray portion of the default texture. Used on War Black locomotives.

Skirts
Locomotive side skirts, available in three distinct variants.
Basic
Basic paintable side skirt. Used on AFT and skirted War Black locomotives. Supports custom patterns.
Logo
Includes the large logo from the upper portion of the texture file. Used on Daylight and BNSF locomotives. Supports custom logos, but the rest of the skirt must be a single color.
Open
Skirt-less side detailing. Used on skirt-less War Black and Postwar locomotives. Supports custom colors only.

Boards
Locomotive number boards, available in two variants. Note that the corresponding On/Off models for the Lower headlight must also match for the boards to work properly
Front
Front-mounted number boards (light model: gs4_flatbox1)
Rear
Rear/center mounted number boards (light model: gs4_flatbox2)

If you're planning to make a livery, make sure you pick the appropriate models to use.

Note: Tenders and auxiliary tenders use only one model, so you don't need to worry about all of the above for them.
