short circuit on steroids?

destroys bullets (that are visible you know what i mean) at the cost of 10 metal

destroys projectiles at the cost of 15 or 20 metal

takes up secondary slot

more powerful than short circuit

+33 clip size (more metal yay)

-40% slower firing speed

on kill +50 metal
