First, big thanks that you took the time for some constructive criticism, really appreciate it! Thank you to all the other subscribers and commenters, too!

Updates by me to please you marked with :datadisk: :D

Also, TL;DR at the bottom! :csgohelmet:

I'll try to explain the points you listed; some issues might be caused by the fact that the game is still in alpha and some things might not work as intended or they were changed during game updates .

1) One Armoury Door open
One of the armoury doors is left open on purpose: Everytime when the jantors want to clean the armoury, a guard has to unlock the doors to let them in and back out which can take a lot of time, so I unlocked one of the doors to speed up the unlocking-process.
The second, unlocked door is there to lock it in case of a riot, to have an extra barrier that will force the prisoners to invest a lot of time to brake through two solitary doors to get into the armoury, while you can mobilize your own forces.

2) One Solitary Door open
In my game, all solitary doors are set to "normal" mode, so they appear to be open until a prisoner is assigned to the solitary cell. Maybe you set the door to "open" by accident?

3) Wish for Power Switch to turn Lights off during Sleep Time
There currently is no such switch installed there (as far as I know, lights are automatically turned off when "Sleep" is scheduled), but you could install one where the cable comes from the solitary cell in the north and one where the other cable comes from the south. If you do that though, you should remember to turn the power back on in the morning, because those switches will also shut down the metal detectors in the cell complex as well as the laundry, as long as you do not connect them to another circuit.

4) Nice to know that the security works well! I've actually never induced a riot after the prison was finished. :csgoanarchist:

5) No Prisoners assigned to the Workshop
Now, this was not intended. Either one of the last updates changed something about the workshop or it is another kind of bug. When I released the prison, I think I had the maximum number of prisoners assigned to work in the workshop. :pandashocked:
But that's easy to fix by just clicking on "Deployment" then "Jobs" and then add as many as you want to the workshop.
:csgox: Assigned the maximum number of prisoners to the workshop with this update :datadisk:

6) Lots of Doors set to "open"
This is for the same reason as with 1): The prison area is quite big and guards would spend their whole time opening doors around the area if I had all those doors locked.

7) Several Storage Areas
The storage south of the Star Destroyer: I actually just wanted to use that area while building the Star Destroyer but then I decided to keep it so the storage inside the Star Destroyer does not get too clogged up. Additionally, a lot of stuff that is needed for building new structures and also cut wood is stored there. This storage is in the center of the map so it is faster to move stuff from there than from inside the Star Destroyer.
:csgox: constructed a room around the storage area in the south of the Star Destroyer to make it look better :datadisk:

8) Shower Entrance clogged
Yeah, I noticed that but nevertheless, all prisoners always had their hygiene needs satisfied.
:csgox: I just updated the entrance to be wider so maybe showering takes less time now. :datadisk:

9) Stray Metal Detector in Staffroom
I had that detector installed there before I decided to change the room to "staff only"
:csgox: removed the detector with this update :datadisk:

10) Object-Planning Squares at the Northern Edge of the Map
Those are a leftover from the planning phase of the Star Destroyer, just to have a reference point.
:csgox: removed them with this update :datadisk:

//
That should have been everything ^^, hope you (and everyone else) enjoys!

TL;DR:
+Assigned the maximum number of prisoners to the workshop
+ Constructed a room around the storage area in the south of the Star Destroyer to make it look better
+ Updated the shower entrance to be wider so maybe showering takes less time, now
+ Removed metal detector in staff room
+ Removed the object-planning squares in the north
+ Added some more patrols, gardeners and janitors
